If you decide that one of our coaching packages is right for you, you’ll find everything you need to get the ball rolling on our Athlete Onboarding Portal.

Basic Package

Includes the following:

  • Included Training Peaks Premium account

  • Workouts prescribed weekly with weekly analysis and feedback

  • Annual Training Plan - Complete periodization of your year’s activities focusing on your key upcoming events.

  • Bi-weekly phone or video consultation (client initiated)

    $195 /month

Premium Package

Includes the following:

  • Included Training Peaks Premium account

  • Workouts prescribed weekly

  • Same-day workout analysis, feedback and schedule adjustments (if needed)

  • Annual Training Plan - Complete periodization of your year’s activities focusing on your key upcoming events.

  • Bi-weekly phone or video consultation (client initiated)

  • Weekly email summary of performance progression.

  • Weekly phone or video consultation (coach initiated)

  • Pre-event strategy /race tactics consultations

  • Monthly ride with coach (Portland /Vancouver area clients).

  • Optional strength workout coaching

    $245 /month

Training Plans Only - No feedback

I have a variety of pre-made training plans to help you focus on various aspects of your cycling performance. Whether your goal races are road criteriums, short-track mountain biking, time trials, long gravel races, or you are just looking to improve your overall fitness on the bike, check out these pre-built plans.

Plans are not tailored to individual athletes, workouts are not coach analyzed, and feedback is not given.
